The customer is responsible for making themselves aware of the Term and Conditions of Bella & Bear Keepsakes before placing an order. By placing an order you are agreeing to those Terms and Conditions.
The customer is responsible for ensuring they fully read and understand all product description before placing their order.
The terms ‘I’, 'we', 'us' and ‘me’ used within these terms refers to the owner of Bella & Bear Keepsakes, Collette Taylor.
When you are ordering an item from Bella & Bear Keepsakes please remember you are ordering a keepsake not a toy, our items are not and cannot be safety tested and are therefore not suitable for any person under 14 years of age.
When placing an order with Bella & Bear Keepsakes you will be allocated the next available slot. We always display when we are booking slots for at the top of the website. The email you receive containing the information for sending your clothing will also state when your slot is.

Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase date. If this date has passed it will become invalid, refunds will NOT be given.
After placing an order you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for the price paid for the product for 14 days from the date that the order is placed, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This does not apply to personalised items.
If you are wishing to cancel during the 14 days after placing your order (cooling off period) please do so by contacting us at collette@bellaandbearkeepsakes.com this should be done before you have sent any clothing to us.
Following the 14 day cooling off period you will be unable to cancel your order, a refund will not be given after this point.
Due to the personalised nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your order arrives faulty.
Should an item become damaged after it has been dispatched we cannot and will not accept responsibility and refund will not be an option. However should an item become damaged please contact us and we will discuss a possible repair (charges will be applied).
After placing your order you have 12 months (from the date of the order being placed) to send your clothing to us. If clothing has not been received within 12 months your order will be cancelled and you will NOT receive a refund. You will be notified via email should your order be cancelled.
The customer is responsible for ensuring spelling and dates are correct for personalised items. If a mistake is made on our part during personalisation please contact us immediately. We shall arrange a return, fix the mistake and resend your keepsake at no extra cost to you.
When placing your order please let me know of any special requirements, such as favourite/specific items. Bella & Bear keepsakes will always aim to work to your requirements. The more details you provide to what you have in mind enables me to create the keepsake you are visualising.
All clothing is to be provided to Bella & Bear Keepsakes and MUST be in a suitable clean condition. If clothing is too worn or badly stained I shall not be able to use it. Unsuitable clothing will be returned at the customers cost. If you are unsure of the suitability of clothing please ask before sending it to us.
Please remember the items created by Bella & Bear Keepsakes are made with used materials. They have been worn, washed and dried several times before. Therefore the fabric fibres are not as strong as they once were. For this reason I highly recommend ALL keepsakes created by Bella & Bear Keepsakes are handled with love and care, they are not designed to withstand play or washing unless stated. All products offered by Bella & Bear Keepsakes are not suitable for any child under the age of 14 years.
Customers are aware that the finish of each product is individual and will vary. The quality of the fabric of the clothing sent will impact the quality of the finished product.
Any clothing sent to me which was not needed will be returned uncut with the finished keepsake. If you would like the fabric remnants returning please make me aware when placing your order, charges may apply.
All fabric remnants not returned to customer will be sent to be recycled or Bella & Bear Keepsakes has the right to use left over fabrics to create examples of new products.
Bella & Bear Keepsakes are unable to store any remaining fabric for you for future orders.
Bella & Bear Keepsakes always recommend sending items to me using a reliable tracked and signed for service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure addresses are written legibly. Please ensure there is a name & return address on the OUTSIDE of the parcel and a note inside the parcel with your name, order details and return address included.
Bella & Bear Keepsakes do not accept any responsibility for lost parcels when sending your clothing to us.
Parcels are not opened until I am ready to begin work on your order, this is to prevent clothing becoming mixed with those from another order. Please ensure your name is clearly wrote on the OUTSIDE of your parcel, so it can be quickly identified and you can be informed of its safe arrival.
For all items shipped internationally to and from Bella & Bear Keepsakes, any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of customer to pay.
Bella & Bear Keepsakes does not accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post, should a package get lost in transit it is the customers responsibility to trace it. We will provide all information we can to help.
Bella & Bear Keepsakes always retains proof of posting and sends items fully tracked and signed for. The customer will be forwarded the tracking details, should they go missing it is the customer’s responsibility to trace the parcel.
SAFETY – Bella & Bear Keepsakes are made to a high standard, however I would highly recommend they are used for display purposes ONLY. They are NOT toys and will not withstand play. All products offered by Bella & Bear Keepsake should not be given to any child under 14 years.
CARE - Bella & Bear Keepsakes bears and animals are not designed to be washed, I would highly recommend against this. If you do choose to wash your keepsake this is at your own risk, it may result in a damaged keepsake, which Bella & Bear Keepsakes will not accept responsibility for. Should you keepsake become dusty we recommend using a lint roller to remove any dust.
CARE - Bella & Bear Keepsakes blankets and cushion covers may be washed. Handwash only and line dried. If these instructions are not followed it may result in a damaged keepsake, which Bella & Bear Keepsakes will not accept responsibility for.
If your keepsake becomes damaged and you require repair work, please contact Bella & Bear Keepsakes straight away. Ensure you inform me of anything that may have caused the damage. Should a repair be possible you will be charged for this.
Bella & Bear Keepsakes does not take any responsibility for any damages which occur after a keepsake has shipped.
Please ensure you care for your keepsake once it has been received a lot of love, care and attention has gone into making it. Remember the clothes used to create your keepsake are not replaceable.
